Having left a life as a banker behind, he moved to Auckland with his wife for her to take a scholarship offered by AUT. Originally a switched-on employee, his excellent work had earned the trust of the previous owner and he took over the business in 2013. Every morning, at 4am Tin wakes up to go to 5 different grower wholesalers to pick only the freshest produce for his shop.Find out more
